Tata Harrier Market Introduction:
Tata Motors launched the Harrier in India in January 2019. Initially launched with a diesel engine and manual transmission, the automatic gearbox was introduced by the carmaker in February 2020.
Tata Harrier Engine and Specifications:
The Harrier is powered by a 2.0-liter Kryotec diesel engine that produces 168bhp and 350Nm of torque. It comes mated to a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmission. Although there is no AWD version, the Harrier does come with a special ESP system with selectable modes for different conditions – normal, wet, and rough.
The Harrier measures 4,598mm in length, is 1,714mm tall and 1,894mm wide, and boasts 2,741mm of wheelbase.
