The Datsun GO+ is available in five variants that include D, A, A(O), T, and T (O).

Market introduction:

Datsun launched the updated BS6 GO+ MPV in India on 14 May, 2020.

Engine and specification:

The updated BS6-compliant 1.2-litre petrol engine puts out 67bhp and 104Nm of torque when paired to the manual gearbox. The power is up by 9bhp to 76bhp when linked to a CVT unit.

Exterior design:

With the BS6 update, the Datsun GO+ received subtle changes on the redesigned bumper, including the vertical LED daytime running strips integrated into the blacked-out insert. The grille is slightly tweaked and the overall appearance looks a lot more appealing than before. The rear bumper also gets subtle changes to keep things fresh. Additionally, it sits on 14-inch alloy wheels for the first time.

Interior and features:

The centre console gets a seven-inch Blaupunkt touchscreen infotainment system that is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The dashboard is thoroughly revised with a new instrument cluster, proper glove box, and a conventional handbrake lever between the seats. The feature list sees new additions in terms of power windows, electric mirror adjusts, rear parking sensors, dual front airbags, and rear window wipers as standard.

Colours:

The Datsun GO+ is offered in six exterior shades that include Ruby Red, Opal White, Blade Silver, Bronze Grey, Sunstone Brown, and Vivid Blue.

Seating capacity:

The Datsun GO+ has a seating capacity of five occupants.

Rivals:

In India, the Datsun GO+ comes as a rival to the Renault Triber and the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.
